Option #1 - Take Highway 5 to Sacramento. Then take US Highway 50 east through Placerville and over Echo Summit to South Lake Tahoe.
Option #2 – Take Highway 395 through Minden, NV to Highway 88. Go left to Centerville Lane. Follow signs to Route 207 and Kingsbury Grade to Stateline, Lake Tahoe. Go west on US Highway 50.
