Deposit / Cancellation Policy

  • Deposit / Cancellation Policy for January 3, 2016 – December 15, 2016
    One night deposit is processed at the time of reservation and the remaining balance is due at arrival
    Outside 72 Hours one night deposit will be refunded
    Inside 72 Hours one night deposit is non-refundable

  • Holiday Deposit / Cancellation Policy for December 16, 2016 – January 1, 2017
    One night deposit is processed at the time of reservation and is nonrefundable
    December 1st, 2016 the remaining balance of reservation will be processed and is non-refundable

  • Advance Purchase Rate
    Full payment is taken at time of booking and is non-refundable.

  • Early Departure Policy - An amount equal to one night’s lodging will be forfeited. 

  • Minimum Stay Policy - A two night minimum stay is required over most weekends. Over holiday periods longer minimum stays may be required.

  • Credit Cards - We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for deposits and final payments.

  • Sales Department - Please contact our Sales Department to learn more about our Event Center or for groups requiring 10 or more accommodations per night.
