Deposit Policy - In order to confirm your reservation an amount equal to one night’s lodging is required at the time the reservation is made. Reservations made during holiday periods will require a larger deposit. On the Lake Front Townhome, a one nights nonrefundable deposit is required at time of booking. Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable. A $300 cleaning/damage deposit is also due at this time and is refundable if the townhome is left in the same condition as it was found and requires but normal servicing by our housekeeping department.
Final Payment - Full payment for the balance of your stay is due on or before check-in. On the Lake Front Townhome, full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Over the Christmas/New Year Holiday Season, the entire balance is due on or before December 1st for all accommodations.
Cancellation Policy - On Queen Rooms through Deluxe Two Bedroom Suites the full deposit will be refunded if cancelled 72 hours or more prior to arrival date. If cancellation is received within 72 hours of arrival date, a cancellation fee equal to one night’s lodging will be applied.

Early Departure Policy - On Queen Rooms through Deluxe Two Bedroom Suites an amount equal to one night’s lodging will be forfeited. On the Lake Front Townhome all monies will be forfeited.
Minimum Stay Policy - A two night minimum stay is required over most weekends. Over holiday periods longer minimum stays may be required.
Credit Cards - We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diners, Carte Blanche and American Express for deposits and final payments.
Sales Department - Please contact our Sales Department to learn more about our Event Center or for groups requiring 10 or more accommodations per night.
Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome at Inn by the Lake. There is a $25 per night fee for Dogs.
